'Theres no strength without unity', or so the saying goes. This is particularly true when it comes to the fundraising required to keep the Achill Pipe Band on the road year after year as we travel many a mile to compete (check out where we are off to this year on the map). The generosity of the wider community is as important as each piper and drummer that crosses the line, and for this we are always grateful.
Throughout the year we carry out various fundraising activities such as Golf AM AM's, Table Quizes, bag packs, public performances and much more. The Golf AM AM is our biggest single undertaking each year and we encourage our supporters to support those businesses that support us. There is a full list available here.
We are keen to discuss corporate sponsorship with interested parties. This may be on a single event basis or alternatively on an organisational basis recurring annually. We travel nationally and internationally to compete, offering exposure to a wide geographical audience and online community, which may appeal to a broad spectrum of business activities.
